Privacy Policy

The short version. The only personal information this site asks for is an email address, and only if you choose to type one in. We use it to send you what you asked for and occasional guidance about getting or keeping a Hawaii real estate license. We do not sell it.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you submit it through a form on this site. Nothing on this site requires you to submit one.
• Ordinary web request information — the page you asked for, the time, your browser's user-agent string, the referring page and the IP address the request came from. This is recorded for every visitor by the software that serves the site, and it is how we tell real readers from automated traffic.

What we do with it

• Send you the specific thing you asked for, such as the license checklist.
• Send follow-up email about Hawaii real estate licensing, continuing education and tools for agents. Every one of those messages carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and using it stops all of them.
• Understand which pages are read, so the guidance here can be improved.

What we never do

We do not sell your email address, rent it, or hand it to a school as a lead. Following an affiliate link takes you to that school's own site, where their privacy policy applies to anything you enter there — we do not receive what you type on their pages.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email we send and you will hear nothing further. To have your email address deleted from our records entirely, write to hello@fynesite.com and say so; we will delete it and confirm.

Children

A Hawaii real estate license requires you to be 18. This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
