Licensing requirements, course hour counts, exam procedures, fees and continuing education deadlines are set by the State of Hawaii and change. Where anything on this site disagrees with the State, the State is right. Confirm current requirements with the Hawaii Real Estate Commission before you rely on them.

Nothing here promises that you will pass the licensing exam, get a license, or earn anything as an agent. Pass rates, prices and school policies are quoted from published sources as of the date shown and may be out of date by the time you read them.
